Let Feuser Contracting be a part of your design/build team. By having Feuser Contracting design/build your project, this allows the design and construction contracts to stay "in house". Feuser Contracting will work side by side with the architect/engineer and the owner in every phase of the project.

While still in the design phase, Feuser Contracting can begin the site clearing and preparing foundation work to assure a smooth transition when the design is finalized. We take on the responsibility of making sure the owner has a well built project with realistic completion dates, eliminating change orders and keeping architect/engineer fees low.

Our team will provide and welcome ideas and alternatives, all the while maintaining all codes, regulations and the project owner's wants and needs, the design/build method is cost effective and allows all aspect of the project to be supervised under one contractor.
